We’ve made a lot of improvements to Receptive in the first few months of 2019, and so we thought we’d write about them, because if you can’t show off on your blog, where can you?
Below are some of the major releases we’ve made…
The Customer Insights Dashboard
The Customer Insights Dashboard is designed to help CS teams understand the data that they’ve collected with Receptive.
It shows you which customers are a churn risk, which have the potential to be advocates, and helps you understand who is engaging with Receptive the most.
You can learn more about the Customer Insights Dashboard in the video below.
The Intercom Integration
Receptive now integrates directly with Intercom. This is perfect for those of you already using Intercom to communicate with customers, as it enables them to submit feedback and update their priorities from within the Intercom chat widget.
This will save your Support team hours of time and effort, and will give your customers an even better experience.

The CEO Dashboard
The CEO Dashboard is aimed at the C-level executives who want to know why you’re spending money on Receptive. It shows them the ROI you get from using Receptive to manage feedback.
It also breaks down how much time savings you make due to various actions within Receptive. This helps you to understand how useful Receptive is for you.

Dutch
We translated Receptive into Dutch, to add alongside our French translation. This is part of our ongoing Internationalization project.
Opportunities
We’ve added functionality to our Salesforce Integration to enable you to add opportunities in Salesforce to requests in Receptive.
Other Improvements
-
You can now link users to requests when importing data via CSV.
-
You can choose which team members are able to edit your roadmaps.
-
You can now mention team members in a comment on a request.
We’re constantly making improvements to Receptive, and we couldn’t do it without your feedback.
Don’t forget to go in and suggest any ideas you have, and make sure your priorities are up-to-date so we can continue to make Receptive a world-leading product.
