You integrate Receptive into your SaaS app with a little snippet of Javascript. To show how simple this is, we’ve built a Ruby-on-Rails example site and released it as an open-source project (MIT license). Here’s the project page on GitHub.

Spinning up the app gets you a little demo site, here’s a screenshot.
“AlphaApp” is just a sample name, imagine your app name there. The important thing is that blue “Suggest Features” button top-right.
Once you click the button you jump right into Receptive as if you are an end user.
Your customer suggests a feature, tells Receptive that they want 5 of your existing features, then prioritises their want-list.
Then you can click the “Return to AlphaApp” link and your customer is back where they left off.
