We’d like to introduce you to an awesome new feature. You can now embed the Receptive dashboard straight into your product.
This nifty little feature has actually be suggested by loads of our own customers so we know you’re going to love it. (Of course, we used Receptive to gain this particular insight!)
It allows your customers to use Receptive from the comfort of your own application. Rather than sending your users to your Receptive dashboard, they can now submit feedback, browse feature requests, and receive notifications without leaving your product.
This simplifies the whole process of leaving feedback for your customers, and keeps them right where you want them - using your product!
By embedding Receptive into your product you can expect to see an increase in user engagement, more feedback, and happier customers all round.
It’s easier, it’s quicker, and it only takes a flick of a switch. If you have already installed the Receptive javascript integration, you can switch the embedded widget on (or off) from the “Embed Receptive” section of the settings page.(https://receptive.io/app/#/vendor/settings).
